KODIAK KOWBOY counted three Grade 1 races among his victories this season and they came at three different distances. He closed out his career with a win in the the Hill 'n' Dale Cigar Mile Handicap and added that to wins in the Vosburgh Stakes at six furlongs and the Carter Handicap at seven furlongs.

The Eclipse Awards will be announced on the evening of January 18 at the ceremony conducted at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.
